• The pick-up from Auckland/Christchurch airport before 12:00 is counted as one day, and the pick-up after 12:00 is counted as half a day (for example, the accommodation is 150 kilometers away from Auckland and 220 kilometers away from Christchurch, it is counted as one day).
  • Pick-up before 12:00 in Queenstown airport will be counted as 1.5 days, plus one night of driver’s accommodation; pick-up after 12:00 will be counted as 1 day.
  • Drop off before 12:00 in Queenstown airport, count as 1 day; drop off before 15:00 after 12:00, count as 1.5 days; Drop off after 15:00, will be calculated as 1.5 days, and an additional night of driver accommodation will be charged.
  • The working hours of the driver/tour guide are 10 hours/day, the maximum kilometers on the South Island are 400 kilometers per day, and the maximum kilometers on the North Island are 300 kilometers per day. Overtime or extra kilometers are calculated separately.
  • Outside Auckland and Christchurch accommodation fee is $150.00 NZD/night.
  • Cancellation within 10 working days of the scheduled pick-up/drop-off, will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the quoted cost.
  • No refund or rebooking is permitted for cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up/drop-off.
  • The above prices do not include GST.
  • tipping for tour guides and drivers who provide exceptional service. A general guideline is to tip $6 per person per day, or minimum total $50 per day for a bus driver-guide who is also acting as the tour guide.
